This step ensures you are aware of your mortgage eligibility and borrowing capacity. By reserving a property and later withdrawing, it puts us at a financial loss and disappoints the trusting vendor seeking a swift sale. To avoid such situations, we encourage you to work with our recommended mortgage brokers who can guide you through the financing process, helping you make informed decisions and secure successful property acquisitions.

We take property viewings seriously and equip our sourcers with comprehensive inspection forms after extensive training. While we conduct thorough inspections, there might be restricted access to certain areas like underfloor or lofts.
